Black Rogue Music & Sound
My musical journey started after school while waiting for the bus in the 4th grade when I innocently asked the music teacher why she was carrying that “big suitcase” to her car. She told me that it wasn’t a suitcase, it was a baritone and she asked me if I would like to see it. I had no idea what a baritone was, but I eagerly said, “yes” and she opened the case. The bright and shiny baritone had no idea that it would soon be connected to me for the next 9 years…
Throughout my decades-long musical journey, I also learned to play the trombone, tuba, piano and guitar.
Upon becoming enamored with the composer and multi-instrumentalist Jan Hammer (famous for the Miami Vice theme song), I realized composing music for television and film was the natural next step for me as an artist. Years later, I began composing my own songs and securing editing clients, which enabled me to launch Black Rogue Music and Sound to create bespoke music and sonic textures to enhance film and media projects nationwide.
